XPR Precision Balances / Solutions to support you with data management, traceability and regulatory compliance
XPR balances provide you with the most precise and accurate weighing results, even under the toughest weighing conditions. The innovative SmartPan™ weighing pan minimizes the effects of air currents on the weighing cell, enabling even 1 mg balances to be used without a draft shield in standard conditions. Moreover, unique balance quality assurance functions, like GWP Approved, password-protected user profiles support you in maintaining the highest process security.
These extremely durable balances are designed to withstand accidental overload, harsh chemicals, dust and dirt. Smooth surfaces and rounded edges make the whole balance extremely easy to clean and additional covers combined with a full metal housing protect against dust, splashing liquids and harsh chemicals.
XPR precision balances have readability range between 0.1 mg and 1 g and capacity from 200 g to 64 kg. Hence, there is a XPR balance to suit every application.
Fast and Accurate Precision Weighing Even in Difficult Conditions
Thanks to the innovative weighing pan (SmartPan), XPR precision balances deliver outstanding repeatability and faster results in any environment. You can get your results up to twice as fast compared to a standard weighing pan, even when weighing in a fume cupboard or a challenging production environment.
XPR precision balances with SmartPan are the only 1 mg balances that can be used without a draft shield under standard conditions. In a fume cupboard, the draft shield doors can be left open during weighing-in.
Efficient Workflows
XPR Precision balances are extremely easy to use and equipped with a full set of intelligent functions to help you work faster and more efficiently.
Stored Weighing Method
Saved weighing methods ensure consistent processes and help you get your daily tasks done quicker. Results and task data are automatically recorded on the built-in results protocol. Time-consuming and error-prone manual data input / output can be eliminated.
Built-in Results Notepad
All weighing task parameters are automatically recorded on the results notepad. Add your own comments and transfer to a PC or a printer for complete weighing documentation.
Process Under Control
With LabX software, you can have your SOPs saved and ready in your balance terminal. Guided workflows ensure process security of your routine weighing, as well as help you meet necessary quality requirements. LabX allows you to maintain data integrity according to ALCOA+ guidelines and pass audits easily.
